Great location, lots of dining options nearby, spacious room. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city. There were plenty of dining options around for every taste and budget. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay.

Room had little natural light, room was too hot. One negative aspect was the lack of natural light in our room, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic.

Whitechapel gallery is around the corner. The room had a good balcony. We had the most PERFECT few days there.

Stayed here for Christmas, the location was great, right near famous landmarks and easy access to transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. the room was clean and had a coffee machine and tea making facilities. the shower was great, powerful and warmly heated. the fact that there was a shop nearby saved me a lot of time and was convenient.

The windows were not double glazed so the noise from the street, trains and airplanes outside made it difficult to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, this might be a problem.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist attractions within walking distance. the staff were helpful and proactive, even setting up a fan in our room before our arrival. the SuperRoom option provided us with a larger room, a bigger TV, a powerful shower, and a Lavazza coffee machine.

The breakfast options at this hotel were limited and repetitive.
